Thankful that Honey Wagon was able to make it out quickly to help with our septic. They were prompt and helpful when I asked for feedback about a few things we’d noticed. We’re fairly new to septic, so the extra help was much appreciated!

We’ve been long-time customers of HoneyWagon and have always appreciated their great service and reliability over the years. Recently, we had a bit of a misunderstanding, but Brandy and her team, specifically Austin, truly went above and beyond to work with me, explain everything clearly, and make sure the situation was fully resolved. It’s rare these days to find a company that not only provides excellent service but also genuinely cares about their customers. I’m very grateful for how they handled things and will continue to recommend HoneyWagon to others!

Did a great job. This was my first time having our system pumped and Darin was friendly and took the time to explain how the system worked. He also did a great job carefully backing the truck up through a couple tight areas to avoid damaging our driveway and a couple trees.

Darin the driver was great! It had been too long since pumping, and he had to use extra hoses, AND stood in the pouring rain to get it done! He really did a great job, and I am really grateful. Thanks, Honey Wagon!
