I live in Panhandle of Florida but I have been familiar with Honey wagon septic service. I had a problem with my septic in Fl and called Brandy to get advice. Brandy quickly educated me and looked at my home via satellite. She helped me locate it. After that we had a local septic company pump it. I still had some issues. I called Brandy again. She recommended Endure septic treatment. I did what she advised. My septic system issues are solved. My only regret is I live so far away for them to be my septic system service company. This company has the knowledge and the customer service. Above and beyond! Simply amazing.

I have been a customer with Honey- Wagon Septic for over 25 years. They always arrive on time, complete the job as requested and leave everything neat. I’ve used them for pumping a septic tank. They also will identify any potential issues that they might notice and provide feedback in order to correct it. This is a good company to do business with.

I had our tank pumped 2/25/26. The driver (Daren) called me in advance of his arrival. He was very professional and did a good job. Just a routine cleaning as it had been at least 10 years sine our last service. Payment was easy with a credit card. The price seemed fair and was as discussed when I booked the appointment. I would highly recommend this company.

Recently, we had a bit of a misunderstanding, but Brandy and her team, specifically Austin, truly went above and beyond to work with me, explain everything clearly, and make sure the situation was fully resolved.
